Our process

1. Meeting

We love meeting our potential clients on site to get to know each other and talk about the vision you have for your block. Brendan can guide you in what will work well for your new home/ renovation in terms of natural light and street appeal. Once we get an understanding for your vision we can point you in the direction of one of our draftsman/ architects that best suit your aesthetic should you require.

2. Design process

During this process your architects/draftsman will be coming up with your plans
( generally we say to allow 3-4 weeks ) we ask you to start compiling all your selections at this stage, we are very upfront with our quoting, we don’t like wasting your time or ours with variations and other unforeseen things if we can get it sorted before we get started. By Selecting everything at this stage it helps our quote be far more accurate and makes the job run much smoother. Once you have finalised your design we will start quoting (please allow 2-3 weeks) for a quote.

3. Signing the contract

Once you are happy with quote from us we will get you to sign the contract and let the fun begin.

4. COnstruction

Brendan will be your liaison throughout the whole build. He will oversee all trades to ensure that all areas are executed to his exacting standard. Should any issues that arise throughout the job, Brendan will deal with all the headaches so you can get on with your day knowing it is getting sorted. If we run into any unforeseen price variation we will always be in contact with you so you are not hit with a huge extras bill ate the end. All variations no matter how big or small will require a signed variation from you. We like to keep our clients involved during the process as it is such an exciting time for you.

5. Handover

Everyones favourite part of any construction is of course the moment you get the keys and make it your own. 2 weeks out from handover Brendan will walk through with you and make a list of any defects however minor so these can be rectified immediately and you can move in to your new home knowing everything is exactly how it should be.
